Business Week
Headline: Green Light for Car Dealers to Rip Off Buyers?

Green light
They have given the green light to the new project.「那個新計畫已拍板定案」。

It’s a rip-off。 Mary: They‘ll change 5,000 bucks to repair the oven. John: It‘s a rip-off.

Bloomberg
Headline: Samsung, Technology Shares to Lead Asian Rally in 2010.

sucker" 為美國俚語, 解釋為: " a person who is easily deceived"(容易上當的人),另有一俚語叫 sucker bet,意思是: "a bet that has no chance of winning"(沒法贏的賭注)。

New York Times
Headline: The Copenhagen fault lines can be interpreted not as India and China versus the global rich, but rather China 1800 versus China 1978 versus China 2100.

The fault lines are emerging in the upcoming battle over the reform.
