Students, support teams begin withdrawal from Legislature (2014/04/08)

Some members of the Sunflower Movement have already begun to leave the Legislature and surrounding areas. Many are saddened to see this part of their movement coming to an end.

A group of medical volunteers packed up supplies in boxes and departed the Legislature this morning. Before they left, some waved to students and others took photos beside signboards.

Students applauded each others’ effort over the 22 days which they have occupied the Legislature. Many have cultivated deep feelings for the movement and each other.

Students outside the Legislature rolled up their sleeping bags and toiletries. Those who spent nights in these improvised shelters feel as if the whole event was a sort of dream.

This event took place quite suddenly and progress was fast in the middle. Every day there were new events taking place.

Some students feel saddened and a bit lost as the student movement comes to an end.

After taking part in this event, there’s a feeling of loss, but we are withdrawing due to the long road ahead of us.

Students hugged friends before departing. Though they appear reluctant to leave, they pledge to remain fully committed to the cause.

太陽花學運學生代表昨天晚上宣布，確定週四晚上要退場了，今天一大早，議場內的醫療志工率先離場，而場外同學，也紛紛收拾個人用品。不少人都說心情很複雜，因為22天來認識很多朋友，已經培養出革命情感，捨不得離去。

議場內的醫療志工，一大早，抱著一箱箱物品，離場前，有人回頭和學生揮揮手，有人特地和標語合照留念。

學生們以掌聲致意，學運22天來，大家已經培養出深厚情感。

場外學生，捲起睡袋和盥洗用具，在這個簡易棚子下，一起渡過多少個夜晚，回想起來，好像一場夢。

就是事情發生得很突然，中間其實進度、步驟有點快，就是每天都會發生很多事情。

也有學生，因為這場學運即將告一段落，有一點失落。

有一種感覺參與了一件盛事之後，一點點小小的失落，可是因為退場是為了以後更長的路去走。

有的學生離去前，和夥伴緊緊相擁。雖然離情依依，但是大家仍然抱著滿滿的信念，今後各自努力
