今年秋颱多

觀眾朋友一定感覺到，今年颱風特別多。

根據中央氣象局統計，一到八月西北太平洋已經生成15個颱風，高於平均值，加上下半年將從反聖嬰轉為聖嬰現象，台灣附近將會更容易生成颱風，預估9到11月，還會有一到兩個颱風，侵襲台灣地區。

Experts warn that changing weather patterns are the reason behind a dramatic increase in the number of typhoons this year.

According to statistics from the Central Weather Bureau, from the start of the year through August, the northwest Pacific has generated 15 tropical storms or typhoons. In the latter half of the year we will shift from a La Nina to an El Nino influence, increasing the possibility of typhoons near Taiwan. Forecasters predict that another one or two typhoons will strike Taiwan from September to November.
