達賴談中國

達賴喇嘛昨天在印度達蘭沙拉接受路透社專訪時表示，有跡象顯示，中國的新一代領導人對於西藏問題，有可能採取更寬容的態度。因此，他不排除未來與北京重啟談判。

不過達賴也說，他們會等個半年到一年，屆時中國的態度應該會更明確，再來想怎麼解決西藏問題

 

In an interview with Reuters in India yesterday, the Dalai Lama said he’s seeing signs that the new generation of Chinese leaders set to take power later this year may adopt a more tolerant attitude toward Tibet. If that’s the case, he believes there could be an opportunity for negotiations with Beijing.

Their side, as I mentioned earlier, for their own interest, thinking more reasonably, we are ready for full cooperation with them.

The Dalai Lama also said the Tibetan government in exile would wait six months to a year when China’s attitude becomes clearer before considering how to solve the Tibetan problem.
