今年開學了

暑假結束，今天各國小，都開學了，不過受到少子化影響，屢創新低。

台南市甚至有偏鄉小學，全校小一新生、只有一人，從91學年度的191萬人，一路直線下滑，十年內，就減少了46.1萬人。

Elementary schools opened around Taiwan today, but with fewer students enrolled than ever before, just another sign of the country’s aging population.

One school in a remote part of Tainan had only one new student show up this year. Overall, elementary school enrollment in Taiwan has fallen from 1.91 million in the 2002-2003 school year to 461,000 children this year.
