林益世延押

林益世涉貪收押，即將滿兩個月，上午台北地院開延押庭，林益世現身時，爆瘦的模樣讓不少人嚇了一跳。法官最後仍然裁定羈押兩個月，直到11月1日，林益世都得繼續關在看守所，律師團表示不意外但相當遺憾。

上午9點15分，林益世搭囚車抵達台北地方法院，不只臉變尖不再福態，肚子也消下去了，羈押期間意外爆瘦。

三名委任律師也來到北院，向法官爭取停押林益世，但合議庭評議後，仍裁定延押。

“法院裁定的結果還是延長羈押禁見，被告林益世羈押以來，其實態度上都是配合檢方偵辦，對於這個結果我們很遺憾，會再跟當事人研究 是不是提起抗告”

林益世延長羈押的日期，將從9月2日起算，一直到11月1日為止。

Lin Yi-shih has spent two months in custody due to alleged corruption during his time as cabinet secretary-general. This morning, the Taipei District Court extended his detention until Nov. 1.

At 9:15 in the morning, Lin Yi-shih arrived at the Taipei District Court in a van. His faced seem thinner and so did his belly. He has obviously lost quite a bit of weight while in custody.

Three of Lin’s lawyers appeared at the court. They appealed for Lin’s release, though the judge ruled to continue his detention.

The court decided to extend Lin Yi-shih’s detention incommunicado, despite the defendant’s willingness to cooperate with prosecutors in their investigation. We regret this ruling and will continue to discuss with involved parties the possibility of an appeal.

The extended detention runs from Sept. 2 until Nov. 1.
