According to a British study, the profession that has the highest percentage of happy workers is hairstyling. For hairstylists, work isn't just a chore, but an activity that lets them exercise their skills, knowledge, and creativity.

Hairstylists use many techniques to provide clients with the desired color, texture, and shape for their hair. Giving highlights, perms, and trims are just some of them. Many hairstylists have a wide knowledge of products for different hair types and offer advice to clients on treatment for minor hair problems. A hairstylist might also take the latest fashion and turn it into a cut that suits the face, personality, and lifestyle of a client who wants to experiment with a new look.

Like any job, this one has its downsides, too. Hairstylists are on their feet most of the time, which can be tiring. They also handle chemicals that can harm their skin. Still, the best part of the job is lifting clients' moods by making them look beautiful. It's also rewarding to make clients feel special by remembering their likes and dislikes. In return, clients can show great loyalty.
