Jeanette Paras is known in her neighborhood for carving pop-culture icons and political figures into her pumpkins, but this year she stepped up her game. Paras transformed a 374-pound pumpkin into Donald Trump’s head, complete with the trademark blond hair.

珍妮特．帕拉斯在鄰里間以把南瓜雕刻成流行偶像與政治人物聞名，但今年她更上一層樓，把一顆重達374磅的南瓜，改造成唐納．川普的頭，包括川普的招牌金髮。

"He required six, 38-inch blond wigs," she said.

「他需要6頂38吋長的金髮假髮，」她說。

Paras first sketched out Trump’s likeness, then transferred the design to the pumpkin before painting it for a finished look.

She spent a lot of time arranging the hair, then flipping it to one side to achieve his look.

In previous years, Paras created pumpkins that resembled N. Korean leader Kim Jong-un, singer Michael Jackson, Jon Stewart, Betty White and President Barack Obama.

帕拉斯過去曾打造出形似北韓領導人金正恩、歌手麥可．傑克森、電視名嘴喬恩．史都華，女星貝蒂．懷特與美國總統巴拉克．歐巴馬的南瓜。

It will be on Paras’ porch for awhile, but once it begins to rot, there’s no mercy.

這顆川普大南瓜將會放在帕拉斯的門廊上一段時間，但一旦南瓜開始腐敗，絕不手下留情。

"It gets the axe and goes to the curb," she said.

「它（南瓜）就沒戲唱了，得丟了（curb為路邊，即放垃圾桶處），」她說。
