Long ago, there was a preacher who fell out of his boat and into the ocean. After he had been treading water for several hours, a boat came by. The captain from the boat shouted to the preacher, “Hey, do you need any help, sir?” The preacher looked at the captain and calmly replied, “No, thank you. God will save me.” Several hours later, another boat came by. This time, a fisherman from the boat shouted, “Excuse me, do you need a hand?” Again, the preacher calmly refused and said to the fisherman, “No, thank you. God will save me.” After several hours, the preacher eventually drowned in the ocean and went to heaven. When the preacher saw God, he asked, “Why didn’t you save me?” To which God replied, “Fool, I sent you two boats!”
