朝鮮半島緊張局勢出現緩解契機，雙方代表在台北時間今天上午10點左右，在南韓板門店的和平之家進行工作會談，替下週三在首爾登場的部長級正式會談鋪路，目前已經進行到第二場會議。
而這也是兩韓暌違兩年多來，第一次政府部門層級的對話，也讓外界對雙方和解，充滿期待。
文攻武嚇心理戰之後，兩韓終於還是坐下來好好談，這場在板門店和平之家舉行的工作會談，雙方都派出了三人小組，南韓是由統一部政策室室長千海成領軍，北朝鮮則是由朝鮮祖國和平統一委員會書記局部長金聖惠代表，當初這兩人也為2005年的兩韓部長級會議鋪過路，所以這回可以算是熟能生巧。
平壤6日突然釋出善意，表示願意和南韓磋商會談，而且立刻恢復中斷的板門店紅十字熱線，雙方火速敲定工作級會談。不過真正的重頭戲，是兩韓將在12日，在首爾進行部長級正式會談，內容預估將討論重啟開城工業區的運作，恢復已經中斷5年的金剛山旅遊，還有雙邊離散家庭團聚的重點議題。
根據慣例，北朝鮮代表團很有可能拜訪南韓總統朴槿惠，而如果北朝鮮代表層級夠高，將會促成朴槿惠和金正恩的間接對話。
北朝鮮國營電視台高調表示，這次的會談是朝鮮半島迎接和解統一時代的契機。
雖然保育團體大力疾呼，魚翅還是在許多華人料理中會出現的食材，日本環保人士今天就在東京一家無印良品店門口，抗議他們在店裡販賣魚翅湯速食包。
許多人攜家帶眷的站在路旁，高舉標語牌，上面寫著停止販賣魚翅湯，以及讓我們孩子有個健康的海洋等。
抗議民眾表示，就是因為他們很喜歡無印良品，所以更希望他們能夠支持環保，停止販賣魚翅湯。
而這個產品先前在台灣只販售一個月就下架，日本民眾希望藉由這次的抗議活動，也能達到相同的效果。

WASHINGTON (AFP) - Former World Bank president Robert Zoellick said on Monday Japan's economic drive needed accompanying structural reforms, voicing fear that recent growth could be just a "sugar high". LONDON (AP) - The Bank of England's policymakers remain divided on whether to provide more stimulus to the flat-lining economy.
The minutes to the Monetary Policy Committee's meeting in May shows all nine policymakers agreed to keep the base interest rate at 0.5 per cent but they disagreed on pumping more money into the economy. TOKYO (AP) - Japan's central bank says the world's third-biggest economy is "picking up" as demand recovers in other countries and remains resilient at home, though the trade deficit widened in April, for the tenth straight month.
The Bank of Japan ended a policy meeting on Wednesday with no change to its strategy of doubling the monetary base to reach a 2 per cent inflation target and jolt the economy out of two decades of stagnation. That outcome was expected.
