A 28-year-old Iowan is getting international attention after he qualified for the National U.S. Olympic team in archery.

With every point, pull and perfect shot, Matt Stutzman, of Fairfield, said he is getting closer to his ultimate goal of becoming the world’s greatest archer."The first time I got a bow and arrow, I was 16 years old," Stutzman said.

Now, Stutzman has already achieved one prestigious honor."It’s the national (Olympic) team. I get invited to travel to different countries to shoot for the U.S.," Stutzman said.Stutzman said his achievement is bull’s eye after bull’s eye from a man with no arms.
