The exhibition “1,600 Pandas” moved to the plaza in front of the National Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall today. Aside from the pandas, a collection of 200 paper Formosan black bears are also on display. The organizers put imitation radio transmitter collars on three of these Formosan black bears.
