After 15 years of delay, Taipei City Government has revealed its plan to demolish the Zhengyi Public Housing Complex, and redevelop this prime piece of real estate. 

Taipei Deputy Mayor Chang Chin-oh said the city is in the final stage of reviewing a proposal for redeveloping the Zhengyi Public Housing Complex. He said demolition could potentially taking place in March of this year at the earliest. The city plans to construct three buildings, each 30 floors in height, with total property value estimated to be in excess of NT$30bn.

位在台北市寸土寸金東區商圈的正義國宅，延宕15年的都更案露出曙光。

台北市副市長張金鶚今天表示，北市府已經在進行正義國宅最後的審議階段，最快三月就能動手拆除。未來規劃興建，三棟超過30層的住商大樓，預計總銷金額能達到300億元。
