立院報到
立法院新會期今天報到，民進黨立委黃偉哲拔得頭籌。新會期即將在18號開議，藍綠黨團幾乎都把攸關地方財源財劃法列為優先法案。
八點鐘一到，新會期新開始，當了三屆立委的黃偉哲六點五十分來到立院，終於首度搶到頭香。這也代表新會期法案大戰也即將上演，朝野黨團都表明，將優先推動財劃法和公債法。

新會期總預算審議加上法案攻防，隨著9月18日立院開議，即將上演。
Lawmakers reported for the new legislative session today, though it won’t officially open until Sept. 18. Pan-blue and pan-green legislators are gearing up for important debate over how government resources should be allocated.
At eight o'clock this morning registration for the new legislative session began, with three-time legislator Huang Wei-cher being the first to report at 6:50 in the morning. This also indicates that contentious debate will soon begin between the ruling and opposition parties over the Act Governing the Allocation of Government Revenues and Expenditures and the Public Debt Act.

If local allocations are not used to solve this problem, it could lead to worse problems in the future. Is this what Taiwan wants? I think that this is a problem we need to think about rationally.

Last legislative session we were waiting for the Allocation Act in committee. Another issue we will push forward is the punishment of corrupt public officials.
The new legislative session will consider a review of the budget along with other acts beginning from Sept. 18.
