Spreading Indigenous Culture (2014/03/11)

A China Airlines jet will be used to promote Taiwanese indigenous culture abroad. Today a special ceremony took place to dedicate the newly decorated airliner.

Painting was conducted by an aboriginal artist and features Paiwan wedding culture. Pilots and air stewards joined a traditional aboriginal dance to commemorate the event.

部落彩繪機

原民會為了把原住民族行銷到國際，今天在桃園機場，和華航共同舉辦彩繪飛機，首航紐西蘭的啟動典禮。

現場連機師和空姐都一起跳起了傳統原住民舞蹈。機身彩繪的原創者是台灣的原住民藝術家，撒古流‧巴瓦瓦隆，畫出排灣族特有的婚慶文化，同時兼具歡慶喜樂意涵，歡迎全球旅客來擁有多元文化的台灣觀光。
