Dear Diary,
This morning my tooth started to hurt really badly. I was in so much pain. I couldn't eat anything. At lunch, I could only drink warm water.

After school, Mom said we should go to see the dentist. I didn't want to go. I'm frightened of dentists. But the pain was so bad! So in the end, I agreed. The dentist looked at my tooth and gave me something to stop the pain. Then he started to work. Fortunately this dentist was very good at his job. It was over very quickly.

Before I left, the dentist asked me if I ate a lot of candy or drink a lot of soda. I said yes, I did. He told me I should stop that if I wanted healthy teeth. And he said I should brush my teeth after every meal.

From now on, Diary, I promise to keep my teeth super clean!

親愛的日記：
今天早上我的牙齒突然好痛。我痛到受不了，沒辦法吃東西，午餐的時候只喝得下溫水。

放學後，媽媽說我們要去看牙醫。我本來不想去，因為我怕牙醫。但又實在太痛了！所以我最後只好答應。牙醫檢查了我的牙齒，用東西幫我止痛，然後就開始處理牙齒。幸好醫師的技術高明，很快就結束了。

我離開之前，牙醫問我是不是很愛吃糖果或喝汽水。我告訴他，我確實吃很多。他說如果想要擁有健康的牙齒，就該停止這樣的行為。他也告訴我，每餐飯後都要刷牙。

日記啊，我保證從現在開始，一定會讓我的牙齒保持超級乾淨！
