Debt Rises (2014/04/20)
Taiwan’s national debt has reached new highs, topping NT$5.3 trillion or nearly NT$238,000 per citizen at the end of March.
A weekly publication reported that Taiwan’s national debt continues to grow, becoming especially critical at the municipal level. In medical terms, the most serious municipality, Miaoli County, is on the brink of being brain dead, while half of the counties and cities, including Keelung and Nantou, are both in a moderate coma.

台灣人的國債負擔再創新高，截至今年三月底，中央債務達到5.3兆，等於平均每位國人，得負債23.8萬元。
有週刊揭露，國內財政黑洞持續擴大，尤其地方財政最嚴重，如果以醫學上的"昏迷指數"來看，苗栗縣最嚴重，屬於"瀕臨腦死"，而包括基隆、南投等一半的縣市，屬於"中重度昏迷"。
